Manufacturing processes

High-frequency welding
This technique allows different layers or several thermoplastic parts to be assembled using an electromagnetic field.
The heat produced by the emission of a high-frequency field passing through the materials to be welded causes them to melt under pressure from the welding electrodes.
Various materials can be used such as PVC, PU, EVA, etc… The choice of materials is made according to the product in question and the customer’s expectations.
High-frequency welding varies depending on:
- Materials used
- Of the product in question (its dimensions, its shape)
- Due to the complexity of the product (air circuit, tubes)

Thermoforming
This technique involves heating a plastic material in the form of a plate or sheet to soften it using a heating plate and a radiant heater. This softened state allows the material to be taken advantage of and molded into the desired shape using a mold..

Thermal welding
